Dear Revdex.com team, after a review of the file it appears there is more going on here This was a very complicated installation and there are a few other players involved including the City of Saint Clair Shores as well as a third party plumber The file shows there have been some warranty requests that were covered and others that were not I believe the best place to start is to have a meeting at the sight to sort out the customers concerns, determine what needs done to correct it and who is responsible for those corrections, which is where I believe the core issue lies.First things first, lets set up a meeting at the home We can be made available most days if we know in advance.Sincerely, [redacted] President

I responded to the original complaint and never heard back from the Revdex.com or the homeowner that the resolution proposed was acceptable I don't have a ton of experience following up with Revdex.com complaints as we rarely get them, however I was under the understanding that I would have received a notification through from the Revdex.comIf for some reason this notification was missed on my behalf, I sincerely apologize.I will allow this message to reach [redacted] via email and follow up with a telephone call to personally address her concerns[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, we have been working in and pulling permits in the city of *** *** for nearly years During that entire time, we have NEVER been asked to submit a structural engineers report when we were installing support beams Therefore, we were equally surprised when we applied for
our permit to hear we needed an engineering report We immediately notified Mr*** and contracted a structural engineer to produce this report This was done without asking the customer to absorb any of the additional expenses that were unforeseen and incurred Because there was some confusion on our behalf regarding the comment that was made about us not communicating with him, we called Mr*** as we were shocked by this complaint and those accusations During that phone call, Mr*** indicated to us that he understood the fact that we were blindsided and that he didn't actually file the Revdex.com complaint and that it was his girlfriend who did it He also indicated to us that he would remove the complaint.Because we have earned and value our Revdex.com A+ rating I felt that I should respond to his complaint as I have not been notified that the complaint has beed rescinded. The fact remains, we were ready to begin the job on his scheduled install date but when the city notified us that their standard operating procedure for the last years had changed, we immediately went into action to get the city the necessary reports that they required As of today, the sealed engineering report has been submitted to the city with the permit application We are still waiting for their approval or rejection.I can appreciate this is an inconvenience for both of us but we were never given notification that the city requirements had changed Therefore, to file a complaint as if we intentionally did something wrong is ridiculous and unfair especially considering that it wasn't even our customer that filed the complaint
