I believe we are still waiting on the vet bill to verify the amount of the vet visit. As soon as we can verify the amount we will process the rest of the refund.

This complaint is a personal complaint and has nothing to do with my business. This person came to drop his dog off for boarding. He parked between my house and the kennel reception area....

My husband came out to walk our personal dog and lost his hold on the leash and the dog ran and jumped on the mans car. This was turned over to my home owners insurance. He got an estimate and I had told him to get his car fixed and I would pay for it. He got angry because he wanted me to give him the money instead. He threatened to sue me and that is when I turned it over to my insurance company. I did not call him back due to his rude behavior and my insurance company should be contacting him.
