I had booked an appointment for a repair estimate for my furnaceI called on Tuesday for a Friday morning service callNow on Wednesday, I received a phone call from Westisle telling me they had a cancelation and asked if they could come on Thursday Because I work in Nanaimo, I said that would be very inconvenient for me and so we agreed to keep the Friday appointmentI should add that she called me at work Thursday night, I have a voice message at HOME...telling me they don't work on "fireplaces" ??? Of course they were closed by this timeFriday morning I wait for the furnace tech he didn't show upI call and the same lady whom I've been talking with say "we left you a message that we don't do fireplaces" IF repeat IF there had been any conversation about a fireplace then why would she have booked the appointment in the first place ?? She also had a second opportunity to mention the fireplace issue when she called to ask about the re-schedule Needless to say I took my business elsewhere
