I am rejecting this response because:
First of all those wires were hanging because that's the cable for the hood to open that  M&S auto broke and two days after I purchased the car the power went out on my car and M&S auto had it towed to there facility and the result was they cut the alarm wiring disarming my alarm permanently..The engine work was not done a year later it was done 3 months after I purchased the car..and when a replacement engine is installed an you alter or change a car emissions a smog is required by the repair shop...but regardless I received information that my car was a previous rental and in two major accidents and I was never told or made aware ...I will have my lawyer contact M&S auto ..thank you ..I got nothing more to say...

We replaced the engine on Mr. [redacted]'s Mazda 1 year after he bought the car and had it smogged.  A year later, he brought the car back and said it wouldn't pass smog because of a check engine light had been covered by some black tape.  We never would do anything like this to sell...

a car, it would jeopardize our license with DMV and BAR.  We looked under the dash and noticed that several wires had been cut up for a car stereo to be installed.  This car was also now out of warranty.  We could not work on the car and suggested taking it to another auto repair facility to fix the wires and get it smogged.  The BAR Licensing Associate came and discussed the problem and we showed him all the repair paperwork and said we are in the right.  Mr. [redacted] should find a repair facility that can fix all the cut wiring so he can get his car smogged. M & S Auto

Sorry for the delay! I want to apologize to Mrs. L[redacted] for the delay in just getting her a sticker. Her vehicle was registered in time.... any Law Enforcement Officer that ran her plate or vin would 've seen that the registration was always current. They might of issued a fix a ticket to...

show proof that it had been corrected. The vehicle was sold as is with a 30 day or 1000 mile powertrain warranty  (motor & transmission only). The purchase price was $8995. I hope that Mrs. L[redacted] is satisfied with her car and that we have a repair shop available if she needed help with any repairs. Thank You!

I appreciate the apology; however, This has been in process for 6months and this is not acceptable. How much longer am I going to have to wait ? Especially when I need their help with services on my car or having to deal with bad costumer service everytime.
