I believe I am seriously getting taken advantage of by this businessThey have recently repossessed my vehicle and threatened to send my vehicle to auction after I have been paying them for four yearsThey do not take into consideration that I am a United States Armed Forces Member and I will fight to seek some form of legal action
It has been nothing but a horrible experience with themFirst they we're supposed to change our due date closer to our pay period, that didn't happen, and as a result their system shows we are months behind from their inability to stay true to their word on changing a date in the computer Second, they have been aggressive with our personal references, harassing and continuous calls after we have already spoken with themThird, they are extremely argumentative when trying to speak with them on the phoneThey cut you off as you are speaking and then continue to get progressively aggressive with you on the phoneHorrible company, horrible customer service with inconclusive results We will be looking to switch our finance company for our loanThis is not OK business practice

This company bought my loan from another bank. I received no notification of my loan transferring to another company. When I discover the transfer and the negative remark on my credit score I called to resolve my debt. I sent in a check to pay off my loan that was for $300 over the amount. When I informed them that I needed a refund they assured me it was on its way. It has now been eight months since I sent in my payment and I still do not have my refund. I have called them several times and the little liars have told me every time I call that my money is on its way. Not only are they horrible to deal with on the phone but they are also little thieves! First negative mark, taking on a new client and not even having the courtesy to welcome them. Second negative mark, having the audacity to be rude with a new customer (that was in good standing with the company they bought the loan from) instead of taking ownership for their mistake. Third negative mark, unwillingness to work with someone to correct the issue they created. Fourth negative mark, being unorganized and being transferred to six different people at minimum every time I called. Fifth negative mark, repeatedly being lied to you about my refund (MY MONEY) being on its way. This company is seriously lacking in customer service, employee education, good business ethics, and reliability. I did not take on this company by choice and I definitely would never recommend it to anyone! If you are seeking a company that will miss treat you and lie to you as well as steal your money then go right ahead, you found them!

West lake is the worst company I have ever delt with. Start to finish they are the most unprofessional company. They are more like loan sharks. From the very beginning I was lied to and nothing was disclosed to me until it was too late. Here I am 4 years later paying off a1999 pick up. The financing was not what I was told. And to add salt to the wound they are now charging a $5 and don't give you any other option of making a payment that works. And when you ask for help on how to make a payment without a additional $5 the loan sharks say the read the same script. Go to Westlake.com and set it up. But you go there and guess what!?!?! It doesn't work. They are the worst company ever and take advantage of us individuals who have had life happen and are trying hard to build up your credit. Stay away from them unless you have extra money you want to give away to the loan sharks.
