Westlake Financial repossessed car when all payments that were not deferred to end of loan were paid. The scam is just when you are about to pay off the vehicle they repossess it to sell it at auction without 10 days prior notice which is property rights and due process. Please do not get a loan from this company they are crooks. The interest rate is high and they require you to keep a contract they extended by virtue of defferred payments. ILLEGAL, IMMORAL AND DOWNRIGHT NASTY!
A bunch of us need to get together and file a class action lawsuit against them, siting all the complaints with an attorney. this company has been doing it to people for years. And Yes, I think they do Illegal things and they charge a lot of interest, making them rich while you end up poor or without a vehicle.
Westlake Financial repossessed a car when all payments were made and only 3 payments remaining. Expected to follow a contract for payment in full by 5 years when by virture of 2 deferred payments they extended the loan. Interest rate is high. They are ILLEGAL, IMMORAL AND DOWNRIGHT NASTY!
