I am rejecting this response because:
They are falsely denying the fact that they quoted me an inaccurte price for the apartment which I had direct proof of the priceIn addition, the deposit was not held for two months It was only held for two weeks They also said the maintenance individual was running behind schedule which I had no control of and should not be liable for that fact of their employee.

When Ms*** came in searching for a new home we discussed qualifications, credentials and pricingA tour was given and she agreed a fully upgraded apartment would suit her needsShe was given a welcome home sheet with a move in date and pricing for her fully upgraded apartmentShe wanted to
move in days from the time the application was receivedWe do require a deposit to hold any apartmentShe decided to change her modate even further backOn the date of her move in she came to sign the lease and decided this apartment was too expensive for her budgetOur office staff offered Ms*** an apartment that would accommodate her price range she then denied the offer and decided to cancel the move in. Unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable after holding the apartment for two monthsWe offered patience, empathy and other move in optionsIt is unfortunate that Ms*** could not be a tenant of ours but we do wish her the best of luck on her apartment searchIf in the future Ms*** decides to come in for other options we would be more than happy to use her original deposit towards any apartment home at any timeThank you!

Good morning, I am responding to the complaint #*** Here at the office of Westlake Gardens apartments we strive to please our tenants in every way possibleThere was an inconvenience of timing and a bit of miscommunication between us and the resident as to when she would be available for
the maintenance to service the issues she was having in her apartment at that time. However we are pleased to state that everything she has requested has been taken care of in a timely manor with no further complaintsAs a solution to any future issues or complaints we as a team we will acknowledge and understand any specific detailing and communicate these issues to our maintenance as soon as possible so we are all on the same pageThank you, Have a great day!
