Of course we will accommodate you *** and we apologize for the inconvenience. According to our records Dr*** saw you initially on March 10th, 2014. You were also seen on March 25th and 31st for contact lens follow ups. It looks as if we were never able to get you
comfortable in the contacts which is why you purchased progressive no line bifocals at the March 31st visit. The out of pocket cost at that exam was $532.64. Dr*** saw you again on May 28th, for an RX check. Having gotten the exact same prescription as the March 10th exam, no RX changes were made to the glasses. Adjustments were made and yes, a scratch warranty was honored on that date. I (Dr***) stand by my prescription because I got the exact same thing months apart. However, I will be the 1st to admit I'm not without error and mistakes happen. I would love to see the RX your old doc got to compare.Your out of pocket cost for the glasses on March 31st, was $532.64. Of that, $was the frame cost. We will gladly credit your account $that you can use towards new lenses. Thanks for reaching out and allowing us the opportunity to get you seeing clearly
