Please know, we have not managed this property in the last year and a halfI would need to know when he moved out to be able to help or direct him Thanks [redacted]

Good Afternoon, Thank you for bringing this to our attentionPer the resident’s signed lease, at no point in time may any utility be disconnected or cut off for nonpaymentTo insure no units are left without power, this property is on a rollover system with the energy providerMeaning, if a resident fails to pay their electric bill, the bill will roll back into the property’s nameThe property will then send the resident a copy of the bill and post it to their ledgerIn this instance, when the resident denied the validity of the charges, we requested the resident bring proof they had in fact already paid these months of service via their own accountThe resident was unable to fulfill this requestCurrently, there are electric bills in question: (1) March – March 23, totaling $86.29, (2) March – April 24, totaling $and (3) April – May 23, totaling $176.95; creating a total delinquent electric charge of $Furthermore, the property decided to forgo the option to charge the resident the disconnection penalty outlined in section 12, page of the signed lease As this issue has been reoccurring for months and the resident has been unwilling to remedy the delinquency, the property was left with no other option but to file an eviction for the unit Attached to this response, you will find supporting documentation to the claims above: the 1st, 2nd & last page of the signed lease, the resident’s ledger as of (the charges have been outlined in red) and the electric bills in question – each bill has been backed with the notice the property sent to the resident each time the bills were received by the propertyWe hope this puts the matter to rest, but if any further clarification is needed, please let us know

As mentioned in my initial response, Westlake Housing has not managed *** *** for quite some time The purpose of requesting your move-out date was to see what I could do to help you
Effective 08/13/2012, Westlake Housing no longer managed *** *** When we transitioned the property that day, the new management company took possession of all security deposits, including yours
Please know, I certainly understand your frustration as my daughter experienced something similar So, I know it can be frustrating, especially since you reached out to *** *** after you moved
I took liberty of tracking down information for the management company in hopes it would help expedite the return of your deposit Here is their contact information:

Good Afternoon, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Per the resident’s signed lease, at no point in time may any utility be disconnected or cut off for nonpayment. To insure no units are left without power, this property is on a rollover system with the energy provider. Meaning, if a...

resident fails to pay their electric bill, the bill will roll back into the property’s name. The property will then send the resident a copy of the bill and post it to their ledger. In this instance, when the resident denied the validity of the charges, we requested the resident bring proof they had in fact already paid these months of service via their own account. The resident was unable to fulfill this request. Currently, there are 3 electric bills in question: (1) March 2 – March 23, totaling $86.29, (2) March 23 – April 24, totaling $157.03 and (3) April 24 – May 23, totaling $176.95; creating a total delinquent electric charge of $420.27. Furthermore, the property decided to forgo the option to charge the resident the disconnection penalty outlined in section 12, page 2 of the signed lease.  As this issue has been reoccurring for months and the resident has been unwilling to remedy the delinquency, the property was left with no other option but to file an eviction for the unit.  Attached to this response, you will find supporting documentation to the claims above: the 1st, 2nd & last page of the signed lease, the resident’s ledger as of 06.27.17 (the 3 charges have been outlined in red) and the 3 electric bills in question – each bill has been backed with the notice the property sent to the resident each time the bills were received by the property. We hope this puts the matter to rest, but if any further clarification is needed, please let us know.

student eligibility status until all documentation needed is properly reviewed. Please instruct the applicant to contact Magnolia at Mesquite Creek's management office at their earliest convenience to obtain information regarding the reimbursement/refund of their security deposit. With that said, we regret they'll no longer be a part of the Magnolia at Mesquite Creek community and only wish them the best in  their housing search.

the complex until 8/30/2012, when I left I was supposed to get my security deposit, but I never received anything. I continuously called the management at [redacted] and they could only tell me the system said that my deposit was returned. They could not tell me anything else until 2 -4 months ago. They said that they had records to get together because things were not left very organized. When we finally figured out who I should contact  I started to call, email and leave messages for the management company in charge when I moved out of the complex. My messages, email and calls went unanswered, so this was one option before reaching out to the state since at the time of your management you were running a state funded property. You have my name and you have the ability to look up the disbursement of the deposit, if it took place, if it was cashed and who cashed it, because up to this point I have not seen one dime of my deposit. I'm asking for you to do what is right and refund my deposit. It may not have been a lot of money, but I could use every one of my pennies.
Regards,
