My daughter attends this Drivers Education schoolHer drive teacher acted more as a friend then a teacherOn one of the drives he taught her where to hold her phone in the car so that she can talk and drive and not get seen from outside the vehicleHe also planned to take her out for coffee on one of their hour downtown drivesWhen I found out about this I called and spoke with Rob, the manager and he told me he would contact the teacherHe called me back and said the situation was handled and my daughter could go on her drive with him and I didn't have to worryI refused to allow her back in the car with him and demanded a new teacherI also asked that something be done as to him teaching these kids how to get away with breaking the lawHe said he did not believe that had happenedHe said the phones are to be locked in the trunkI told him I had several texts from my daughter while she was on her drives proving that the phones were on the kids I emailed and asked for the
With my daughter turning I was so nervous for her to start drivingI contacted B&B driving school with a few questionsThe woman who answered the phone was welcoming and knowledgeable, I'm sure she could tell I was concernedNot only did she answer my questions but she gave me information I didn't think aboutShe followed up by sending a email with everything we discussedI feel I made the right choice for my daughter and my peace of mind
What a worthless excuse for a business! My daughter has attended every single class except one due to a family trip Her instructor told her she could make up the class by attending two classes the following week When she arrived at the scheduled time of 3:she was turned away and told the class time was changed to 3: Several other students, including my daughter, were turned away During the minutes my daughter had missed, due to the change of class time, students were doing test retakes if they had not passed the test the week before My daughter didn't need to complete the retake since she had already passed this test Consequently, she didn't miss any instruction, since none was being given She asked to instructor if she could attend class and was told no When I contacted to the owner, Rob Humphrey, to complain he seemed to not know what was going on in his own business and finally, after fumbling around with something, said that my daughter should not have been instructed to come to the 3:(formerly 3:30) class at all Rather, she should have come to the 6:class today and the 6:class next week This is in complete contradiction to what the instructor told my daughter last week When I asked MrHumphrey what he was going to do to make this right, he responded..."Nothing" The entire time I was on the phone with MrHumphrey I could here a phone literally ringing off the hook in the background--probably another "satisfied" customer I have rarely ever had such an unsatisfactory interaction with any business I am honestly shocked that this business has a high rating from the Revdex.com After my interaction with the owner I checked ratings online and found that the YELP rating is star and anther site is an average of stars Our experience is certainly a star...only because a lower rating is not an option I urge anyone considering this business to look elsewhere for their driving instruction needs

In January of my wife and I enrolled our exchange student daughter in the B&B programThe company, allegedly experts in matters regarding Washington Driver Licensing, paid no mind to the fact that there was no way she could have completed the state's six month requirement (which we were unaware of having never sent a student through driver's ed before) prior to the expiration of her student visaWhen confronted with this in June of 2017, we were lied to and told she could apply for a license online after returning to her home countryThe department of licensing informed me this is not true as non-residents are required to apply in person at a DOL office and prove residencyConfronted with this information the school stalwartly refused to admit their mistake and/or the incorrect information they gave us regarding license application via the DOL websiteThey have refused to offer even a partial refund to our studentHad B&B taken time to properly review her situation i
