explain any behind balances or amounts due in person.  She can also explain to us the reason there
may be a misunderstanding or error. If there has been any...

will gladly have it corrected and apologize for any inconvenience.  If there has not, we can also go over several

Miss [redacted] has been advised for the last several weeks to bring her vehicle in. She has refused to and has threatened with small claims...

if we do not refund her down payment. She states her tire blew out because it was bad but we would like to assure you all of our vehicles are inspected before sale. We looked into her particular safety inspection and all of her tires were above average tread and wear. Photos of the vehicle and tires before sale also confirm this. Further, her statement with the insurance company states that she had this blowout upon leaving a tire shop. At the moment the claim and her allegations are still under investigation and we would like to ask her again to bring her vehicle in so we can have it inspected by a third party.
