I had auto and home insurance with this company for one year at ok rates, the following year their rates went thru the roof so I decided to leave them and get insurance elsewhere for 1/2 the price. I was told by the manager Tina R If I cancelled on that day she would STAY any future payments and even return some of the payments I had already made. I had asked would it be ok to go one extra day before cancelling and told it would be no problem, I have both emails proving both of these conversations. To my dismay this month the biggest payment *** was withdrawn from my account, *** I just want to give anyone the heads up these guys are very expensive and when it comes time to leave they are going to get you. Again they had no right to take this payment of 658.00 dollars and I for one am not going to stand for it, I have all the proof I need being told otherwise that this wasn’t going to happen.

Good Morning, we have reviewed this complaint and it was determined that our communication to the customer was not clear. We will be returning the funds to the customer as he has requested. Please advise if further information is required. Thank you.
Thank you guys so much for your help I am very satisfied with the outcome and I will let you guys know when I have received the refund and the matter is resolved, or if they fail to follow through and resolve this matter at all.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
