I purchased a new ton A/C unit from Petterson on a recommendation from a contractor I knowPeterson sold me the unit and did the install in a dayHis price was about $less than the lowest quote from everyone else who offered the same or a comparable unit and as much as $less than the highest quotesI was not around to monitor the installation so after the installation I noticed that the routing of the copper lines obstructed access to a water heaterI called Mr*** the next morning and he came out first thing the next dayHe also thought that the lines could have been routed better and had a man completely re-route the lines very neatly around my water heater the following dayHe also provided me with a copy of the warranty registration that he did for meI am extremely pleased with the unit and the work they didI purposely delayed writing this review until enough time had passed to make sure that there were no problems
