VERY DISAPPOINTED
We ordered a boot for our Splendide 2000S. Customer Service Jeff Mooso advised us they had the part and we bought the boot for $93.98. It was sent to us. My husband took hours to pull our washer/dryer in our RV to only find out Mr Moose sent us the wrong part. After numerous phone calls they agreed they sent the wrong part as they no longer manufacture our part. We received an email stating they will refund us the boot with our shipping charges of $21.90. We received the cost of boot but NOT shipping charges. It was their mistake and now we have to pay for their error. WARNING--- be careful with this company!
