I have worked with Westland Tax for over 15 years - I have had a wonderful experiences with their service. They can be a little hard to get on the phone to get an appointment scheduled, but once on the appointment books you will get personal and outstanding service. Accurate returns and intimate care. One year I got a letter like in Oct. Called them up and handled the issue - no problems. For the money - it is a great service.
