Parcel from WESTMAN was supposed to be delivered to private residence upstairs / business owner downstairs received my package. (*Commercial businesses main and basement level.)
I reside UPSTAIRS! (*residential/private renters, live/rent UPSTAIRS)!
Business owner downstairs has keys for this exact purpose! (*same individual used to be the building manager and never handed in keys to landlord and/or new building manager or the landlord said to keep them)!
All that needed to be done, was open up the apartment door for the delivery man to deliver package. Simple.
Instead individual NOT INDICATED on invoice received MY parcel, invoice is dated April 28th.
Could not get Business owner to release my parcel until the aforementioned date in email OVER 2 weeks later! Multiple voice and paper messages were sent indicating further instructions.
Furthermore upon careful examination of the photographs I included you can CLEARLY see my package was opened. The tape was evidently cut open.
The Box was tampered with.
Westman will not provide me a photo of how my parcel looked like before OR upon delivery to Business owner which would prove WHO opened my private mail.
Tampering with mail is a federal crime, punishable by law.
It appears a new coloured label was reproduced, printed, applied AND retaped to close my tampered with package.

Replacement I am recommending I receive a new computer tower, who knows in those two weeks the business owner had my package, they did not download and / or install spyware

Thank you for your e-mail. We did the delivery as instructed by the Company Shipping it to 229 Fisher Ave The Pas, MB. There was no suite number. The Shipper also only had the name Chantal on the box.
I believe the issue Chantal has is with the Shipper of the Parcel, not with Westman Courier.
I did explain this all to her in her e-mails to me.
Our job is to deliver freight/parcels addressed as per the Shipper, which we did.

There is no business owner/renter downstairs with the name *** on the parcel / shipping invoice, WESTMAN DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO A COMPLETE STRANGER.
My package was NOT DELIVERED.
WESTMAN DROPPED OFF MY PARCEL WITH A COMPLETE STRANGER.
My PARCEL WAS TAMPERED WITH!!!
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

You owe me a brand new computer COMPUTER tower since you will NOT share with me a photo of what my Parcel looked like when you delivered it to a complete stranger!!
We delivered a box to the address noted on the Box. We do not take pictures of parcels we deliver. As mentioned, please contact the Company who shipped the box to you if you have issues on where the box was shipped to.
