Yes in August of Henry was recommended to me and came out and did a great job getting rid of our bed bugs The only thing that happened was that he couldn't order of of our long twin bed covers and box spring covers which he required so I went ahead and ordered it from Amazon and then he told me he would take $off the bill He never did this so I went ahead an filed a dispute with my credit card and got returned the $to me But then his company went ahead and took it back Although Henry apologized and assured me that he would check into it after I talked to him the beginning of January It is now Feb and I still haven't got the $refund Aside from not keeping his promises he did a good job Just poor customer service I was thinking about filling a complaint but maybe he will see this [redacted] Costumer
