To Whom It May Concern: This is in response to Complaint ID- ***Westminster does not offer any ‘all in one’ packagesThis client chose her own caterer, photographer, videographer, florist, bakery, etcShe did use our recommended DJ and contracted through Westminster but could’ve chosen
any insured DJThe client first expressed her dissatisfaction on October 1, She said she had ‘many concerns’ and claimed to be receiving a different level of service than previous clients of WestminsterI tried many times to get to the bottom of these concerns and stated more than once that we wanted to work with her, were on her side and wanted her and her husband to have a wonderful vow renewalOn October 14, I received a very angry, aggressive voicemail from the client in which she threatened to take us to court and stated I should be “ready for a battle on Friday” when we were supposed to have an in person meeting to go over her event detailsOn October 15, I received an email in which she picked apart our contract and listed the things she would be including in a lawsuitAfter receiving the voicemail and e-mail, I thought it would be best to consult with my attorney before meeting with the clientI told her this via e-mail on October 15, 2015- “I am going to postpone tomorrow's meetingI want to talk to our attorneys at *** *** * *** LLP before we meetWe'll be in touch soon.” I’m not sure how this was misconstrued as Westminster cancelling the contract or refusing to host her eventOur attorneys were in touch and I followed up with the client on October 17, via email- “I've spoken with my attorneyWe have not breached our contractWestminster is prepared to host your event on October 31stIf you or your attorney have any questions, please feel free to contact *** *** at *** *** * *** LLP.” Our lawyer has assured us we have not breached our contract in any wayThe terms of our contract were never changed, as claimed in the Revdex.com complaintAs of today, October 27, 2015, the client’s event is still on schedule for Saturday, October 31, at Westminster.I hope to resolve this issue with the Revdex.comPlease let me know if I can provide any other information including the contract, proof of emails or voicemails, etcI would be happy to answer any further questions about thisI can be reached at ###-###-#### or ***.Thank you,Angela H***
