Westminster Lanes

Review: April 25th around 8:30pm my family (my husband, my 6 year old son, and myself) went to this location to bowl. We paid for everything got our shoes and were assigned lane 3. So we go over to our lane, get our shoes on and an employee came and placed the bumpers up for my son. At this point we set up our game on the computer screen and assume we are ready to bowl. My husband stepped away to get us a drink and me and my son started the game. My 6 year old was up first. He took his first bowl and we noticed the ball did not come back out as it should, so we went to the front desk to let them know the ball was stuck. They reset the lane and we had the ball again. So my son takes his next bowl and as he does an employee walks out of the back room and yells at my 6 year old "you don't bowl down a dark lane it's not ready to f[redacted] bowl." Myself in disbelief this just happened responded to the employee "excuse me do not speak to my 6 year old that way" and he turns around gives me a dirty look and replied "I just did" and he walks back in the back room. At this time my husband returns and I told him about the incident and we immediately went to the front desk and ask for a full refund and told them what had just happen. The "night manager" first tried to short us on the refund then stated "well you shouldn't be mad at us". Not once did she apologize or bring the employee out to address the situation. An establishment that treats their customers like this should not be in business.Desired Settlement: I want to let the owners know how their employees and managers are treating their customers and I would like a call from them. I also believe the employee would spoke to my son This way should be FIRED!!! They will never get my business again and I will be sure it is known to the community how they treat their customers.
