Review: This management company hired an irresponsible, destructive, dangerous contracting firm to renovate the building my wife and I lived in from August 2007 through July 2015. The contractor's "renovations" wound up destroying several parts of our apartment, making us concerned about our own safety/health and forced my wife and I to move out a week earlier than we'd planned on according to the terms of our lease. As recently as today, 8/17/15, we were told by the management company that since we no longer live in the building, this is not an issue they're willing to further investigate.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded for the final week of our lease that we did not get to spend in the apartment we paid for. The amount comes to $450. We would also like the processing of our security deposit - the sum of which is $1800 - expedited immediately.

Review: We have written the management company several times about a major issue in our community. The problem started in June, and it is now September and there has been no contact at all. The issue is not only a matter of customer service, but it has now become an issue of safety, and we have still yet to receive any contact at all from the company.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the company contact us, or refund our security deposit and allow us to break our lease do the the unsafe living conditions.

Review: The company was several months tardy in billing for gas/heating services. This affected at least hundreds of residents of The [redacted] in [redacted]. Utilities are managed both through Westminster and an intermediary called "M[redacted]" (not a local, direct government utility company). M[redacted] freely admits that there were SEVERAL months behind in billing this year. They were so far behind, by the time winter bills came it was already spring.

Upon returning from our honeymoon in late April, we received an enormous heating bill for January-February. It was nearly May! Obviously, this bill came too late for us to change our heating practices by lowering the thermostat, finding alternate accommodations during the coldest times, or moving altogether. These heating bills were NOT issues in a timely matter within compliance with the law. Therefore, hundreds of residents, including myself, are being subjected to ridiculously high bills we were NEVER given the chance to act upon by receiving statements in the legal timeframe. This during the harshest winter in decades.

M[redacted] has directed me to Westminster, through my Revdex.com complaint two weeks ago, as the company responsible for issuing me a credit for subsequent months. [redacted], the manager of M[redacted] states that his understanding is that there is a "goodwill" credit being sent. I have not seen this credit for a reduction in my heating bills nor has Westminster been response once to any of several emails I sent.

These billing practices are unethical and illegal. A company cannot charge for services in that long of a timeframe without providing the "feedback loop" of a bill. I expect a refund/reduction for February-late April, if not through Westminster's or M[redacted]'s willingness to provide one, than in the local Philadelphia claims court.
