The difference was NOT $20.00 either. There was a difference of $93.61. I did receive the check after notifying him I was in contact with you so I am satisfied with the outcome. I did, however, want to make clear, the exact happenings of what took place as there is a big difference between $20 and $93 and the fact that had I not weighed out my own product, I would not have found an error and I would have been out almost $100. Thank you very much for your time and assistance with this matter!

I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted]. I am sorry that we have had to put her off for so many weeks, but until we get the approval of the USDA our hands are tied. I wish I could give her a date, but unfortunately the USDA has not given me any dates either.[redacted]
