As a broker/owner of the company, I am not aware how was the service between the agent to the complainant Mr*** *** ***As Mr*** had requested to end the working relationship with the agent *** ** ***, and I did per his request (see copy)Mr*** * *** went further to request us
to give up our referral which is paid by the builder to the broker, and I think this is an absurdOne day he and the agent went to register with the builder that he agreed for *** ** *** to represent him then one week later, he did not like *** ** *** because of "slow service' and he want to withdraw himself from this working relationThe time when he signed the purchase contract was August 10, and the day he want to extract himself from us is August 19", 2016, this is included the weekendOnly days into a contract and he complaint this is a slow service to him?? I think he had contacted the builder sale agent after registered us, and this builder sale agent had promised him something more than 50% referral we had given him that is why he withdrew from the working relationship and keep insisted that we have to give up our referralThe referral pay to us is from the Builder not his, why he keeps thinking this is his? He agreed to get 50% of the referral, we honored thatHis Selfishness has made him out of mind, not only contact you, he also contacted the board of Realtors to complain this issue, and they explained to him but he still did not accept the fact that we can earn this referralI consulted the board of Realtors also Law expert, have I had a right to earn this referral? They all said yes (per this agreement)!! I think I don't even have to give him 50% referral anymore since he withdrew himself from this working relationshipI Send you emails, text that he texted me as proof regarding this matterI think the Law is fair, he bound us into a contract and now he quit us and wanted us not having pay from the builder? Who could say 'no' to money??
