Westminster Place *** *** *** StLouis MO August 24, Dear Revdex.com: Thank you for notifying us of this complaint. We would like to share our perspective on the events that transpired with the Resident
who filed this complaint On May 30, 2017, the Resident and the Leasing Agent, walked through and inspected the apartment togetherAfter the resident inspected the apartment, he informed the Leasing Agent and the Property Manager that he was happy with the apartment and the Resident proceeded to lease the apartment at our propertyLike many rental properties, we provide every new resident with a unit inspection checklist so that if the new resident is experiencing any issues with their apartment they can submit this checklist to our office, where our team will then correct any issues that may have been missed prior to move-inOn 6/2/the Resident returned a moinspection sheet requesting a wide variety of items be correctedOur onsite Manager had the Property Maintenance team correct the items on the inspection sheetWe have documentation detailing the timeline of these corrections(Since we were requested to respond to this complaint without sharing the name of the tenant we cannot share this documentation as it will reveal the tenants name along with this documentation) Sincerely, Property Manager Westminster Place Apartments
