To Whom It May Concern: Our rent is due on the 1st of every month, but we do allow a grace period until the 5th of every month. On the 6th, late fees are charged to all accounts that have a rent balance owed. Our property has not had a drop box since July 2017, however, do
allow residents to pay online 24/7. I did explain the policy to the resident when she was in the office Since late fees are charged to everyone with a rent balance, we do not remove late fees due to Fair Housing
