To Whom It May Concern, We have spoken to Ms. [redacted] several times regarding the patio above her.  She is correct; we have told her that we have continue to have a plan in place to replace decks throughout the community.  Approximately 75 were replaced last year and we are currently in...

the process of replacing approximately another 75 this year.  The decks were assessed on how bad the deck is and if it is in need or replacement or repair.  As we stated to Ms. [redacted], the decks are replaced with the worse ones first and in no particular building order.  As we continue to assess the decks throughout the process, if we see a deck that has deteriorated and needs to be moved to the top of the list, we will move it to the top and replace it.  The deck above Ms. [redacted] patio although it is slanted, it is not in the worst state and not in need of immediate repair.  However, it is on the list to replace this year during our replacement process.  We recently assessed the deck above her again on 4/18/16.  We have asked our contractors to install wood posts on each end to bring the deck up a little more level and secure to make Ms. [redacted] more comfortable until the deck is full replaced.  This should be completed within the next few weeks.  Please contact me if you have any further questions.
