Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted], My contract also states that the concrete was to be poured at least 4 inches thick. They stated that they added 12 tons of gravel to the site, however they failed to mention that after my old concrete drive way was removed no excavation of the site was preformed. If my old driveway was 4 inches , and no dirt was removed, and 12 tons of gravel is installed on top of existing ground ,how could the driveway remain the same height as my existing garage floor?
