We recently had an incredible experience with this company and feel compelled to share it with as many people as possible We are Realtors by profession, and as such, know the value in having a home warranty on your home to protect you from unexpected expenses We practice what we preach, and have warranties on our personal home as well as our rental property We recently had an issue with our personal residence as our pool pump suddenly stopped working and was simply emitting a loud buzzing soundWe put in a claim with the warranty company and were told that we would be hearing from a repair vendor soon It was not even hours before we were contacted by Jim Palsa with #Air Force We were not able to coordinate our schedule at the time to meet him, though he continued to try Eventually the claim was cancelled, and we had to call back to re-submit the claim When we called the warranty company, we told them that we had been in constant contact with Jim and wanted to make sure that they re-assigned the job to him Unfortunately they assigned the job to another vendor After days of not hearing from the new vendor, we called the vendor directly (during business hours) to try to schedule days later, and we still had no contact from the alternate vendor We then escalated the situation with a manager at the warranty company and told them that Jim (and #Air Source), had been in constant contact with us and was ready, willing, and able, to complete the job After the escalation, we found out early in the morning the next day that, thankfully, they rescheduled the job back to Jim (and #Air Source) Within hours, Jim texted us to schedule the job and actually came out that same day He determined that the entire pool pump would need to be replaced, and assured us that he would contact the warranty company ASAP to get the approval and get this resolved We sent a text to Jim the next day around 3pm to inquire the status regarding the approval process He promptly sent a text back stating that he was working on it We assumed that we would hear back the next day, but to our surprise, he texted us back just after 7pm that he was on the way to replace the pump and was minutes away!! He showed up even earlier (ok by me!!), with another associate, Andrew, and began work on replacing the pump There ended up being some additional parts that were needed and unexpected, and they actually took a special trip to the local home improvement store to get the parts as they wanted to make sure that they resolved the repair that same day They worked in the dark to make sure that my problem was resolved On a side note, our son observed them working on the pump, and asked how late they workedAndrew replied "until the work is done" This mentality is very impressive to us, and we feel that this is how vendors should feel with regards to their work It left not only a good impression on us, but to our adolescent son (who is just about to turn 18) and reinforces the positive work ethic that we have always emphasized in our family We will insist that #Air Source (and specifically Jim and Andrew) only work on our properties going forward for the warranty company Additionally, we will recommend to our fellow Realtor colleagues as well as family, friends, and clients that they should choose this highly responsive company to take care of any issues that they have with regards to their HVAC, pool, or refrigeration issues We don't make this recommendation lightly We only refer to vendors that have personally shown us that they go above and beyond our expectations, and this was our experience with this company We would be happy to discuss our experience with anyone that may have questions regarding this company as we are more than pleased with our experience and only want to promote local companies that care about their work and take care of their customers

I would never recommend this outfit to anyone They were assigned to visit my property through *** The service "tech", who I learned is the owner, came to my property to repair my air conditioning unit Even though he had my phone number, he did not let me know when he was coming so I could be there He called me up once he was there and told me that the condenser needed to be cleaned in order to check the functioning of the unit my tenant needed his a/c so I told him to go ahead So he hosed off the condenser He charged the system and told the tenant he needed to come back and check for the leakHe called me and told me this also A few days later, I called him up and asked him what was going on and he told me he was trying to arrange a good time to return with the tenant So I asked him to call me when he was going back to the house A few days later, I called again He told me he had some time and stopped by the house, but couldn't find the leak even though he had the best equipment money can buy He claimed the leak must be in the tubing between the compressor and the evaporator So I told him to just send me the invoiceHe told me he sent it I told him I never got it I asked him to text it to me He said he sent it to my tenant I called my tenant for it, but he never got it either I called his "office" and the girl told be that she didn't have any of my contact information because she was "working from home", whatever that means I provided her with my email address again and she said the "technician" would call me in minutes 2-1/hours later I called the "technician/owner and he said "I don't have time", and hung up I ended up calling *** and lodging a formal complaint They said the already had several complaints against that outfit and they would call and try to get the invoice Five days later, I called *** again because I still haven't received an invoiceI pity the customers who are unlucky enough to get these people

I can't say enough good about #Air Source! Jim has been our guy for the past year He's timely, offers reasonable prices compared to other local companies and goes above and beyond One particular time he stayed until after 9pm on a Sunday night to make sure our a/c was running! We're currently having a new unit installed by #and he was kind enough to bring a portable a/c to help keep the living space cool while we are without air I will never go to anyone else for my air conditioning needs!

#1 Air Source is by far the most knowledgable contractor I have had come out to service my air conditioning system.
We called in the afternoon and The owner Jim and his assistant arrived the same day and quickly troubleshot and found and fixed the leak.
He used the most current equipment ( Jim mentioned he made sure he keep up to date on all the new technologies)
At no charge Jim even came back in a few days later to check to make sure the unit was running at the correct pressures and at top efficiency. This company really cares and makes sure the customer gets quality repair work!
