I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments belowThe answer is wrong in multiple waysFirst the reagents were ordered urgently from the beginning, on Monday 9/Second, the person handling the orders in our department called them Wednesday 9/and was told the reagents would be deliveredthe last day possible was 9/In fact the reagents were only delivered personally too late on 9/by Westnet representativesThey acknowledged that they had been wrong in person They also promised to look into reimbursing the costs of the ruined experimentFor this I will have to go to Seattle to work with my collaborator and redo the experimentThat is the real cost of the experiment, which they acknowledged during the discussionThus the current answer of the company is incorrect and dishonestI reject it and I will pursue the matter further

Mr. [redacted] did order two reagents as he stated on 9/26/2016. It should be noted, that same day delivery is provided upon request. Westnet will deliver product on the same day if requested and if we have the product in inventory. Westnet does advertise an offering of next day delivery on products that...

are in stock. There was not a request from Mr. [redacted] or any of his associates/colleagues to deliver the product the same day or even the next day. Westnet did not have the product in inventory, this was communicated to the ordering department on Wednesday 9/28/2016 when they contacted us. We received the product from our supplier on Thursday 9/29/2016 and we made the delivery first thing on Friday. In our 22 years of being in business, of this 12 years have been with the [redacted] community, researchers/scientists have always notified us when there is an urgent need for a product due to the client's research deadlines. Unfortunately we were not notified in advance nor in short notice of any urgent requirements for these products. Again, Westnet did not have this product in inventory and did not receive a request for same day delivery, next day delivery or urgent delivery. Westnet regrets the dissatisfaction that the customer feels. We take pride in meeting all of our customers’ requirements and product needs in a timely manner.
