I brought in my new Subaru WRX for body damage, they seemed nice, approachable and knowledgeable when I brought my car in for an estimateI decided to have Weston auto body do the body work, the damage consisted of both right doors, right rear quarter panel, center pillar, tint on windows, door parts, miscpartsWhen I came in to pick up my car I asked to have someone go over what work was done, the office lady said no one was availableI should have came back without taking the carI found these things wrong with my new car
paint on the bolts were chipped from installation and would rust over time(fixed painted)
Right front door handle scratchy/rough(not fixed)
Right mirror scratched and loose(painted but still loose) (not fixed)
Right front electric window operation improperly adjusted notchy going up and down(fixed)
Pillar between right doors not painted and clear coated properly, told it would buff outLady behind desk tried buffing with no change(not fixed)
Inside trunk scratched (painted fixed)
Right rear indoor clips broken.(found by Subaru tint installer)
Right rear window switch glued(found by Subaru tint installer)
Right rear inside quarter panel has paint run off(not fixed)
10.Hood has clear coat overspray(not fixed)
Hanover insurance and the insurance adjuster *** was little help, I did get a nice lady to call and e-mail Weston auto body with no response from Weston auto body or follow up from HanoverWill not bring car back due to auto body techs lack of integrity, dishonesty from the office lady and lack of trust fearing they would make it worse
