I am rejecting this response because:
There is no question as to the car having several problems this is the reason I took it to weston auto gallery...the issue that is in my concern is the oil filter housing WESTON Auto gallery said that they replaced itAfter no response from them when the repair had been done and called and let them know it was still leaking oil, I consulted another shop because I wanted to get it fixed I agree they were able to fix some issues with the car and I am not faulting them for thatI am seeking reimbursement for the oil filter housing which was not repaired and I had to pay to get it fixed againThe issue of the car having temporary plates has no bearing on this situationIf reimbursement is not received for the oil filter housing I will have to seek legal advice and peruse further actionsI do not feel comfortable letting weston auto gallery do any type of work in the future on my car as they were not able to fully diagnose nor fix the car and never returned my phone calls

Weston Auto Gallery is a scam companyWe did a deal to trade a for a Chrysler SRT-We sent a cashiers check, signed title for our trade-in, signed all documents and disclosure and sent it to Weston Auto Gallery GM ***After the deal was done and he received our money and signed traMichigan title *** got caught changing the deal, kept our stuff until forced to return it and threw a ***-fit on the phoneHe then hung up on us after receiving everything in the mail from usHow's that for leading by example? Every reader is warned: Run away from this place!
I'd run away from this place no matter how good the cars, deals, and salespeople may lookI was an on-line buyerThere is never a substitute for honesty and integrity

In response to the complaint. Weston Auto Gallery does its best to provide accurate information about options, colors, and condition of every vehicle listed...

on the internet. However at times there may be a mistake. This customer came to the dealership, test drove the vehicle for over an hour, left and came back at a later date to drive the car again. Any options the internet said it did or did not have was clear at the test drive. We would never ask anyone to purchase a car that is not exactly what they wanted. When buying a car many papers are signed, including a state of Colorado buyers guide stating the you are buying the car as equipped. The We-Owe, You-Owe form also states the cars is as equipped, as well as the buyers order. If this was ever brought up during the many hours of test drives, negotiations and purchasing of the vehicle, we would have gladly found the customer another vehicle. Has the customer brought this to our attention anytime in the first few days we would have gladly taken the car back and found him another. The customer screen shot of another car he did not purchase proves this is all hearsay and is a clear case of buyer remorse. Again, if this was brought up in the first few days after the purchase would have helped the customer find another car.   Thanks,Justin D[redacted]General ManagerWeston Auto Gallery970-377-3333www.WestonAutoGallery.comJustin@WestonAutoGallery.com
