NO CUSTOMER HELP IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!
The ONE STAR has nothing to do with the meat grinder, but the actual company itself. I had shipping damage with video and picture proof from the day I received the grinder. I tried contacting the company for advice because the unit was DROPPED by the shipper along the way. I mean really dropped with both external and internal box damage. The unit appeared bent and I wanted to know if it was okay to use. After multiple emails, no one has reached out to me yet. I has been 12 days. The phone number is a recording that tells you to go to their website. I filled a complaint with the BBB/Better Business Bureau and noticed that they have an "F". I could not imagine what it would be like to try and get warranty work done.

HORRIBLE NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I placed an order online on November 18th (today is Dec 5). I received an email with UPS tracking shortly after. The link only stated that the label was created. I've signed onto my account as per their online instructions and when I click on the link to my order it goes to and error page. Have sent multiple emails no response. Searched for days for a phone number to talk to a real person, finally found one...it goes to a recording that says to go online. Really frustrated. We have many pounds of meat on the verge of spoiling because the meat slicer hasn't arrived and who know if it will arrive. Can't even talk to someone to cancel my order. How does a major company operate like this?

We purchased a Weston Deluxe Electric Tomato Strainer (82-0250-W) through an online vendor on July 25, 2020. The first time it was used to strain berries, the berry screen ruptured. We have contacted Weston as instructed per the use and care instructions via email using the form on their website (westonbrands.com) on Aug. 3 requesting a replacement tomato/berry screen. The website states that we would receive a response within 3 business days. We did not hear from the company by Thursday, Aug. 6, so we sent a second request. We still have not heard anything and the product is useless to us without a working tomato/berry screen. As our berries are ripe now, timeliness is important.

Desired Outcome

Replacement As stated above, the product is useless without a useable tomato/berry screen. If one is unavailable, we would like to receive a refund for $137.58.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that the consumer was contacted on August 12 and was asked to provide a receipt of purchase. Although we did not receive a receipt, we did receive a response. We ask that the consumer send us a copy of the receipt so that we can further assist with this matter. Thank you.
