Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Management is not telling the truth about the situation, there has been multiple times where there has been no sign placed to notify the redsidentsIf there was a sign why would I even waste my time filing a complaint? Makes no sense, second on labor day water was turned off from till almost in the morning with no signThe alternatives that were stated in their response was never advise to me for explample utilizing pool water if so I wouldn't have went out and bought jugs of waterLast I contact management recently about my water coming through smelling like pee water, weeks later still no follow upAt this time I don't feel like I should have a pay for dirty water every monthIf management can't maintain clean fresh water then they shouldn't be in a management position Regards, [redacted]

I have read the complaint fully, and while I understand her frustration of the lack of waterWe do notify our residents of water outages when we ourselves are made aware of themLately we have been having issues with the old water/sewer systemPipes have been breaking or are cloggedValves have also gone bad due to ageThis is not a new mobile home parkWe notify them by putting signs out at each entrance to the park and also one at the mailroomWe also do not give our residents “attitude” when we speak to them, on the contrary it is the other way aroundAlso we give the residents’ a resolution, by allowing them to come to the pool with buckets to get water so they can at least flush their toilets and we have Roto-Rooter come out and fix the issues as quickly as they are availableThey need to realize that we’re not “god” and cannot fix everything within a matter a minutesThings take time to fixI hope this email will be satisfactoryThank youElm Grove Mgmt

Labor Day, the office was closedTo my knowledge managers were made aware of the situation and called Roto-Rooter to have it fixed, again it takes time to get things fixedAbout the urine smell in her water, managers went to her lot, smelled the water from the meter box since we’re not allowed into the private residence, and he stated he didn’t sell urine from itIf her water still reeks of urine then it might be something with her own linesAgain, we do put signs out to notify when the water is offThank youElm Grove Mgmt

I am rejecting this response because:
Again management lives in the same mobile home park but failed to notify her residents, unfortunately this is not getting no where because management is not owning up to their lack of communication with their residents. I will say this if my water is turned off one more time without notice I will not pay my water bill for that month and will pursue legal actions.  There is no need for management to respond back because my next concern will be brought inside the office face to face since this option has brought no resolution from either Revdex.com or the waste of management in charge of this mobile home park. Which the number of residents to move out reflect's on how well they are running this place.

The alternatives that were stated in their response was never advise to me for explample utilizing pool water if so I wouldn't have went out and bought jugs of water. Last I contact management recently about my water coming through smelling like pee water, weeks later still no follow up. At this time I don't feel like I should have a pay for dirty water every month. If management can't maintain clean fresh water then they shouldn't be in a management position
