Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I told MrH [redacted] that the plates arrived a day after I left my home for work and had to borrow a friends car for travelI had called Weston Kia four different times over a two week period in an attempt to get the plates and was assured each time I would have them even up to the last minuteThis could have been rectified had I just been sent a temporary ID for the window, however, I was told time and again I would have the plates even the night before the expiration when I calledI have no issues with MrH [redacted] or the dealership itself, but I do have an issue with the staff whom I spoke with who ignored my concernsSincerely, [redacted]

We trading cars ford escape paid off and Kia soul with remaining balance of $We told the salesman that we found cars kia Niro ls for $each at Broadway kia ,he inform us that they will give us the cars kia ls Niro for the same price at $each because they match prices of their competitor dealersThey show us the paper for credit with $cash back I toke photo of the paper .they tried to sell us higher priced kia Niro Et with more futures than kia Niro ls ,we told them the payments were higher ,they said you could go one step down and get the Niro ls for $payments we agreed to that ,we told them we want black color Niro ls.they agreed and they said if they don't have blacks they will get them at other dealers, we waited all day, we went to sign the papers the lady Teri who is doing the signing with us doesn't let us to read what we were signing, I told her that you guys screwed us up my wife was mad and she wanted just to finish and get out of there.T

I have called four different times over two weeks in an attempt to get my license plateI now have a car I cannot drive despite speaking with the licensing clerk and the floor manager Ken as well as two other individuals who did not even attempt to get back into contact with me after I made the requestI now have to take Monday off as I do not have a car to get to work

I would like to start off by saying we have purchased vehicles from this place with a great experienceWe recently went to upgrade my wifes kia soul for a bigger vehicleWe were looking into a Toyota ravand right off the bat they started dismissing our interests of what we want and immediately started trying to sale us a brand new sportageWe test drove both we still like the ravbetter and they refused to try and finance on the ravas they wanted to sale a sportageThey came back with numbers and we repeatedly told them we couldn't afford the monthly payment and like liked the ravbetterThey continued to try and push us into the sportage which we couldn't affordHad no regards to what we wanted and only wanted to sale us what they wanted to say usFinance manager was extremely pushing on the sportage even though that's not what we wantedWe went to Gresham Toyota and got the exactly what we wanted for a lot less and pushingNeedless to say they lost not but weston kia customers

We had to follow up with another KIA dealer to obtain the MCO, manufacturer certificate of originThat caused a delay in sending Mr*** motor vehicle documents to theBattleground Motor Vehicles officeI agree completely that when Mr*** called he should have had his concerns
addressedThe documents were then sent overnight and Mr***was able to pick up his platesI have spoken to him as well as texted him requesting what can I do to insure that he is satisfiedIt is important to the way we operate our dealershipthat our valued customers realize how important their feedback is so we can continue to provide them with outstanding serviceIt is what is known as the Weston way to make sureour customers are % satisfied. ON 11/28/15 *** CAME TO WESTON DEALERSHIP WITH THEIR DAUGHTER *** TO PURCHAS A BASE MODEL LX KIA SORENTOTHEY HAAD AN AD WITH THEM FROM ANOTHER DEALER FOR $THE AD CAR WAS A COLOR THEY DID NOT WANT SO A SILVER AWD SLIGHTLY HIGHER PRICED THAN THEN THE $PRICE
IT WAS SPECIFIED THAT THE COLOR AND THE PRICE WERE MOST IMPORTANT, NOT FWD OR AWDA FWD WAS LOCATED AT ANOTHER DEALER IN *** AND THE INVOICE WAS PRINTED AND DISCUSSED WITH THE CUSTOMERS IN DETAILIT WAS DISCUSSED THAT THIS WAS A FWD AND NO 3RD SEATTHE PRICE WAS LESS THAN THE AD PRICE SO WITH THEIR CONSENT THE UNIT WAS SET UP FOR A DEALER TRADETHAT UNIT WAS FOUND TO NOT BE AVAILABLE DUE TO PRIOR SALE SO A DIFFERENT SORENTO WAS LOCATEDTHIS IS WHY THERE WAS A DIFFERENT VECHICLE ID NUMBER, WESTON HAD TO FIND A SORENTO WITH THOSE SAME OPTIONSWHEN THE VEHICLE ARRIVED AFTER BEING DRIVEN BY A DEALER TRADE DRIVER IT WAS REJECTED BY *** DUE TO THE MILES AND THE FACT IT WAS A FRONT WHEEL DRIVEMOST TRADES ARE EXCHANGED BY DRIVERS EMPLOYED BY THE DEALERSHIP FOR THIS PURPOSEIT WAS AN OVERSIGHT THAT THE SORENTO WAS NOT TRUCKED TO THE WESTON DEALERSHIP IF THAT IS WHAT *** SPECIFIED NEEDED TO BE DONE. AT THIS POINT KOA DECIDED TO NOT BUY THIS SORENTO AND ASKED FOR HIS REFUND TO BE RETURNEDTHIS WAS DONE BY CHECK THE FOLLOWING DAYOUR MANAGER DID STATE THAT HE HATES DOING DEALS WHEN THE CAR IS NOT ON OUR LOTIT APPEARS THAT THERE WAS A LITTLE VERBAL DISAGREEMENT ON THE PART OF THE DAUGHTER WHO PREPARED THIS COMPLAINT, HOWEVER NEVER DID WESTON FALSIFY ANY DOCUMENTS IN AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE FRONT WHEEL DRIVE SORENTOWESTON PRIDES ITSELF ON IT INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM, AS ONE OF THE TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN ***
