I went inside to get my rack and pinion fixed. Then a few days later my car is still pulling to the right.
I paid 400 dollars for him to fix my car, he never give me a receipt. he told me that he fixed the problem and he did not I got my car fixed July 2018 after driving for about two weeks the car was pulling. when I spoke to a member at the auto zone they informed me that he was suppose to do a wheel aliment after replacing the rack and pinion which he did not say anything about
I will like for him to fix the problem correct, I paid my money with no problem for him to fix the car and he did not.
I came to the shop due to my car over heating and I explained to the owner why I believed the car was starting to overheat every time I tried to drive my car. he stated that he was going to see why it was over heating and fix it he charged me three-hundred dollars. the day the car was ready for pick up I went to pay and pick up the car. I drove the car to palmdale to a friends after sitting for a few minutes I went to start my car again and it began to overheat again I called the owner and he sated"it was not his problem to find out why the car was overheating he just fixed what I told him was the issue" he even stated that I had a blown head. after I heard him say that I had my friend towed the car to my house because I didnt want to damage my car and from there I pushed it to his shop where one of his own mechanic asked the owner did he explain to me that the car was running rough and the owner said no. the owner than told me he would fix the car with no charge because my head was blown due to him not telling me about the problem and allowing for me to leave. two days later I called back up to the shop to see about my car and he completely changed his story telling me I had to pay for him to fix the problem.

Repair I would like for him to fix the problem because had he told me what was really wrong with my car i would not be in this situation i came into the shop to get my car from overheating and he did not even fix that problem it seem as if he knew what was wrong with my car and did not fix anything on it

I never told him I got my car diagnose I came to his shop explaining what I thought was wrong with the car but I was unsure if that was the reason why the car was overheating he said he would look into it and fix the problem however he stated to me that it was not his job to find out what was wrong with the car after I paid the 300 and my car was still overheating he just fixed what I thought was wrong one of his works even asked him did he state to me about my car running rough after fixing the problem the owner stated no. He allowed for me to leave the shop after paying without stating sny problems with my car
