not received a response as of today.Hello [redacted];I am again checking in on you to see how things are going.  Worldwide again checked & treated your apartment home and found only dead roaches & no activity at all.I just spoke with [redacted], Supervisor for Apartments at Worldwide Pest about you transferring into another apartment home.  She feels all is good for you to transfer to another apartment and there should be no risk of the german roaches moving with you.If you are still interested in transfer into another apartment home please contact the office and talk with either [redacted] or [redacted] for the available apartments for you.  Below are the specifics for the transfer:1.  no transfer fee (transfer fee is:  $500).2.  rental rate will remain the same at $915 thru your lease end date of 23 August 2016.3.  required to pay the nonrefundable portion of the pet fee; $200 at the time of transfer.  If you would like we can make payment arrangements.4.  deposits will transfer with you to your new apartment $100 = apartment deposit and $100 = pet deposit; TOTAL of $200. 5.  any damages or cleaning not completed will be charged to your new apartment home after your transfer.Please respond to my email so that we know what you plan to do.  We hope all has settled down in your apartment with the german roaches & there would be no need to transfer.  Looking forward to hearing from you & Happy Friday
