We have responded to several maintenance requests involving both spraying for bugs/wasps and also her air conditioning unit I instructed my maintenance supervisor to focus on her A/C unit first because of the escalating temperatures over the previous few days He serviced the A/C unit with the required refrigerant on 7-5-when the service call was made My maintenance supervisor then went back the next morning to check to see if the A/C unit was holding the charge of refrigerant he put in He then went back to her unit approximately days later and perform a bug/wasp spray outside and also clean out her light fixtures in both of her bedrooms We performed the cleaning of her light fixtures as a courtesy because that particular request would be otherwise considered standard cleaning responsibilities of the resident The resident called back saying that there were still wasp flying outside her bedroom window approximately a week and a half later, which we promptly contacted our vendor [redacted] pest control for a thorough external spray for wasps which was performed on 7-15- We were informed by our vendor that it may take several days for the spray to take full effect and there may be residual wasp flying around until that time. The resident contacted us on 7-14-letting us know that her A/C unit was not cooling again, which I promptly had my maintenance supervisor go back over and inspect it again He noticed that there was a valve that was potentially going bad and may be the source of a refrigerant leak(which we did not have in stock) so he suggested recharging the unit to get them through the evening which would allow him the opportunity to get the necessary part (a King Valve) to complete the repair the next day He got the part and repaired the A/C unit on 7-15-and recharged the A/C unit with lbs of refrigerant. The last correspondence I have had with the resident was on 7-16-requesting information on her lease expiration date

with the required refrigerant on 7-5-16 when the service call was made.  My maintenance supervisor then went back the next morning to check to see if the A/C unit was holding the charge of refrigerant he put in.  He then went back to her unit approximately 2 days later and perform a bug/wasp spray outside and also clean out her light fixtures in both of her bedrooms.  We performed the cleaning of her light fixtures as a courtesy because that particular request would be otherwise considered standard cleaning responsibilities of the resident.  The resident called back saying that there were still wasp flying outside her bedroom window approximately a week and a half later, which we promptly contacted our vendor [redacted] pest control for a thorough external spray for wasps which was performed on 7-15-16.  We were informed by our vendor that it may take several days for the spray to take full effect and there may be residual wasp flying around until that time. The resident contacted us on 7-14-16 letting us know that her A/C unit was not cooling again, which I promptly had my maintenance supervisor go back over and inspect it again.  He noticed that there was a valve that was potentially going bad and may be the source of a refrigerant leak(which we did not have in stock) so he suggested recharging the unit to get them through the evening which would allow him the opportunity to get the necessary part (a King Valve) to complete the repair the next day.  He got the part and repaired the A/C unit on 7-15-16 and recharged the A/C unit with 3.4 lbs of refrigerant. The last correspondence I have had with the resident was on 7-16-16 requesting information on her lease expiration date.
