I have been a resident at Remington Park apartments for more than month now. Since my move in I have a lot of issues dealing with most of the office staff in addressing repair issues at my apartment. Before move in we had pointed out to the leasing specialist- areas on the wall that needed a paint job but she failed to get it fixed before our move in. Additionally we also called out things missing or what needed repairs in our move in checklist. the leasing agent failed to enter those for 2 weeks and we had to personally remind her to do so. We were told that we now need to move our furniture to get this done. Our guest bathroom tub needs resurfacing and to date nothing has been done. I have signed waivers and called the office almost every other day and stopped by several times. Each time I am assured I will get a call in 30 mins but no one ever calls me back. All I get is excuses that we have new staff or some other excuse. It took the maintenance guy 3 tries to fix the patio dead bolt and one time he ended up changing the main door locks despite having a written work order to replace the patio door. It feels like a second job for me to keep calling the office and waiting for a resolution. There is only 1 person in the office who is responsive and kind enough to return my call.
