Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This issue was not handled in an appropriate mannerOn the day of the flood, the floor under the carpet should have been dryed immediatelyThey finally changed the carpet a week and days after the flooding occurred but there is still a very bad odor in this apartment! Also, my "apartment" was not paintedMaintenance painted over the brown spots on the walls but those brown spots are continuing to bleed through the paintAs far as me not paying rent on time has nothing to do with their POOR maintenanceI was accused by the regional manager that I was withholding rent due to this issue which is a accusation! The regional manager was also very disrespectfulThis apartment is not the way it was before this flood happenedThere is still a very bad smell and there are brown stains growing up the wallsI feel very uncomfortable living in these conditionsSince I was denied financial compensation, I'm requesting to be moved to a different unit or for my apartment to be repaired! Painting over the brown spots is not going to repair the issue! And I also no longer want to smell this strong odor! I also have pictures documenting all the "repairs" that were doneThe pictures attached are from today, January 18th, This issue is NOT resolved! Sincerely, [redacted] ***

there is still a very bad odor in this apartment! Also, my "apartment" was not painted. Maintenance painted over the brown spots on the walls but those brown spots are continuing to bleed through the paint.
