I did have a problem with one of the managers who could not pay attention to detail to deal with an issue correctlyAs well, I was annoyed when they assumed a piece of decorative wood I had laying in the middle of an unfinished room, it was there because it was acclimating before installation, and so they walked all over it without any thought
If you write something with less than a star review for them on *** it disappears mysteriouslyWriting a review on *** is a result of people receiving a 10% discount incentive, as was offered to me before the work was even performed
I will say that they charge 3x the price of retail costs from *** *** *** Hiring an electrician is already expensive so I disagree with the large markup of their products they sell but it seems like the norm to take advantage of someone because everyone else is doing it...definite room for improvement here
The girl who answers the phone for Westridge (Abi) is probably the best employee the company has (or that I came across)She is great to work with and makes the experience so much better
