Review: Three weeks ago, my husband and I parked our car in this garage. When we came to get our car at the end of the night, we discovered that the attendee had broken our sideview mirror. He had attempted to conceal the damage by attaching it, but shortly after beginning to drive,it fell off. We returned to the garage right away and brough it to his attention. We were instructed to complete an "incident report" and informed that his boss would take care of it. Since then, we have received nothing but the run around from these people. We have yet to be reimbursed for the damage by this company. We were asked to provide two different estimates,and to fax them in to him, which we did. They then informed us that handwritten estimates were not acceptable, and that they had to be printed out on a computer. It has now been several weeks and we are driving around with a broken sideview mirror. We are demanding that this company pay for this damage immediately without further excuses or delay.Desired Settlement: We are demanding that this company pay for the damage done to our car immediately!!
