Just had my bathroom redone by MajorsWhen the salesman came by he quoted a high price, but I assumed they would be providing premium serviceHe estimated it would only take 3-days, which made sense since my bathroom is the size of a walk in closetMajors tore everything out, and I noticed some of the studs were rotting from a leak we hadInstead of telling me and asking if we wanted it fix, the worker from Majors just started putting up the sheetrock and leaving the rotted studs in the wallNext, when he was doing the tile in the shower, he didn't use spacers so the grout line varied dramatically from one row to the nextThen, majors installed the soap dishes wrongThe soap dishes had built in drainage, but the worker still made them slantedThe worker also installed the wrong doorInstead of having bullnose tile along the edges, majors installed trim made of out pvc, which looked terrible and is not what I expected whenever I agreed to pay a premium priceThe worker for majors also didn't center the drain, so it was about inches from the wall on one side and about inches from the wall on the other sideThe flooring wasn't level and was very noticeable because the toilet had a lot of grout on part of it and very little on the other partThe light fixture above the sink wasn't installed properly, so there was a visible hole behind the lightsOh yeah, it also took over two months to finishWith all of these issues, one would think Majors would be apologetic, but they weren't and weren't going to come out and fix anything and just leave it that way, but we went through Home Depot, and Home Depot made them fix everything.Needless to say, I will never use or recommend Majors to anyone

I would like to thank you and your outstanding staff for the recent screen room replacement for my home. From the initial contact with Cameron, to the measurement, and to the crew who performed the installation. All of the individuals were not only highly professional and knowledgeable, they demonstrated a genuine concern for what we wanted accomplished, and provided every option.

Specifically, shortly after we agreed, I was contacted by Cameron to advise me of a materials difference from what we had initially ordered. He offered multiple solutions, and provided advice on how to proceed.

Perhaps most importantly, the crew who arrived to perform the work. While other company's may very well "Do what is on the contract" and depart, these men took the time to make sure the job was done right, and all of the extra details; that I may very well have not noticed, were addressed. Items that could not have been anticipated were identified, solutions determined, and the end result is an excellent finished product for the front of our home.

This type of interaction through multiple individuals with Majors is an example of a company that has their customers' needs in focus, and everyone working as a team to achieve the best result for the customer.

I thank you and your team once again, and assure you the next project that we consider with our home, and after 20 years we have several, my first call will be to your company.

Majors tore everything out, and I noticed some of the studs were rotting from a leak we had. Instead of telling me and asking if we wanted it fix, the worker from Majors just started putting up the sheetrock and leaving the rotted studs in the wall. Next, when he was doing the tile in the shower, he didn't use spacers so the grout line varied dramatically from one row to the next. Then, majors installed the soap dishes wrong. The soap dishes had built in drainage, but the worker still made them slanted. The worker also installed the wrong door. Instead of having bullnose tile along the edges, majors installed trim made of out pvc, which looked terrible and is not what I expected whenever I agreed to pay a premium price. The worker for majors also didn't center the drain, so it was about 6 inches from the wall on one side and about 10 inches from the wall on the other side. The flooring wasn't level and was very noticeable because the toilet had a lot of grout on part of it and very little on the other part. The light fixture above the sink wasn't installed properly, so there was a visible hole behind the lights. Oh yeah, it also took over two months to finish. We had Majors install storm shutters. Everyone who came out was professional, organized and polite. And price was reasonable. Very satisfied.
