Reimbursement from rental charge would come directly from [redacted] to Mr. [redacted]. If Mr. [redacted] has not received reimbursement it is between the warranty company and Mr. [redacted]. Webb Chevrolet was not paid by [redacted] for rental; Webb Chevrolet does not sell a [redacted] product. Mr. [redacted] must have purchased warranty directly from [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] should submit rental claim directly to them.

I am rejecting this response because: I took all the proper Steps When I got My car repaired They took my [redacted] Warranty to repair the car and when I got the Rental Webb chevy checked all my info out with enterprise Now I'm being charged Money for Webb Mistake doesn't make any Sense I was going back and forth all summer trying to get the Issues resolve they kept telling me we are going to take care of the Problem Now Webb is saying it's My fault I'm trying to wonder how is that

Felicia [redacted] brought her 2013 Chevrolet Spark to Webb Chevrolet for a complaint with the vehicle leaking antifreeze near the radiator. The vehicle was dispatched to a service technician who verified the radiator was leaking. The service technician replaced the radiator and after sealing the leak...

it was discovered the cylinder head gasket was warped and internally leaking. The vehicle does have an active powertrain warranty which under the General Motors Policy and Procedure Manual requires the cause of failure to be determined before a repair can be performed under the warranty. The cause of failure is the leaking radiator, consequently causing the cylinder head to warp due to loss of coolant and excessive overheating. Unfortunately, the radiator is the cause of failure and is not an item covered by the powertrain warranty; therefore, preventing the coverage of the cylinder head gasket.

Jasmine [redacted] had her 2002 Chevrolet Impala towed to Webb Chevrolet on September 13,2016 for a  recall and a crank no start issue. The recall on the vehicle was for the unitended key rotation, where a plastic insert is glued to the key to prevent additional keys to be attached. No repairs are...

actually performed on the vehicle itself for this recall. The recall number is 14350. The vehicle was diagnosed for the no start condition with a faulty body control module. Ms. [redacted] was provided with an estimate for the repairs and she approved to have the module replaced. The repairs on the vehicle were performed on 9/14 and Ms. [redacted] has neglected to pick up her vehicle. As of Monday 9/19/16 storage fees of $35.00 per day have been charged to Mrs. [redacted]'s repair bill.
