Ok Mr [redacted] ***, burnt his bin, melted the lids and scored paint Driver [redacted] advised him he thought the lids we about to replace However [redacted] was correct that lid cost the pair acutally runs to replace Mr [redacted] at the time agreed to repaint hte bin himself and pay the lid replacement fee of His accoun t has been behind since August of 2015, in which we still serviced his account Upon agreeing to paint binand pay the lid charge we, reversed the $charge for retreiving the bina nd painting ourselvesIn september he made payment to his account bringing it only one moth behind on 9/24/when the was credited to his account his balance was $76.51, for his past due september bill, which the monthly flat rate bill is $per month we charged out the as agreed on at the end of September bringing his bil to $ His service was not cancelled or suspended at this time October bill was processed for $and a payemnt was made of $leavinghis bill still behind, at $ We send a standard letter with red stamp that says please pay your bill or services will be suspended, he was not being singled our nor picked on He called ref to the letter was not warrented, he no longer was going to pay the for the lids as well we hav no right to suspend his account/service We as a company do have a right to stop, suspend or refuse service to any person for any reason We choose to work with, accomadate and try very hard to make our services user friendly We however as a business cannot lose money either knowing we are not going to get paid for services or damaged equipment We pulled Mr [redacted] s dumpter on NOVEMBER 2nd We CREDITED his account $for November I have no problem restoring Mr [redacted] s services, when his past due amount, lide replacement cost, delivery fee and 1st month is paid in full We have worked with and spoke with Mr***, we had thought we we being extremely fair as upon what we/both of us agreed upon This is what the verdictof the situation is, and it is what will have to happen for restore his services Thank you

I received a letter reference a complaint ID# [redacted] , from [redacted] He posted a nasty note on [redacted] reference to his service and Westside Disposal, it was then shared to me to address In which I contacted him and adv I [redacted] would look into the matter on the folowwing Monday I looked into it, I then private messaged him, ref to his account I pulled his account up, spoke to the office girls, pulled driver logs up Yes I adv him his trash was not picked up 1x in August due to it not being out, but it was picked up the following week Yes it was not picked up at end of Augsut due to his pill was not paid He paid bill it was picked up all of it the following week Yes his trash was not picked up 2nd week of Sept, due to it was behind his fence, him/or wife called reference to it not being picked up, the girls adv it had to be out front of the fence He adv if driver puts cans over fence the fence when dumped then it should be picked up fromt here We adv its a curtisy to place lids on can, place in holder or over fence when emptied as to they do not blow down road ect It was picked up the next week, then once again at end of September it was not out, he called verbally abusing [redacted] and then was transfered to [redacted] in which he continued to verbally abuse her She advised him several times not to yell and plz be nice, he refused so [redacted] chose to cancell his trash service at that time Which would be the next billing cylce of Oct-Nov He did receive a bill due fact billing was already sent out His wife then called ref to the billand trash service, [redacted] adv her she would restart the service for $dollars for Oct-Nov instead of 40.00, but Mr [redacted] needs to refrain from curising and his verbal abuse It was a really simple matter, however Mr [redacted] has blown the situation up to be ridiculous onhis part The fix: 1)Pay bill on time, 2) My driver will no longer place cans over fence, 3)Have trash outside fence on time every service day This really was not tough, his verbal abuse was reason for us to cancell his service Thank you, [redacted] Westside Disposal services, Inc ###-###-####

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.this company was not authorized to pull two paymentsUpon review of my checking account, there were a total of payments made in the month of DecemberOne that was called in and two that were unauthorizedThere was never a refund offered by this company at all on my cardI had to file a chargeback with my bank, which was found in my favor and then had to have my bank cancel my card and then issue a new cardThis company is not being fully honest with this issue, which does not suprise me at all.

Our company processed a refund to her card on 12/28/for 84.00. If she changed cards then she needs to relook at the card in which this did process and go toHer monthly bill is per month.Novaccount owed 173.04Dec2014 account owed 187.62Dec 3rd she paid -n account owed for Dec billAll our billing and Auto pays are processed on the 24th of the month unless it falls on a weekend then it is processed on following Monday.Dec 24th Jan bill was billed out for now her account owed 168.0Dec 24th processed card for for her December billDec 24th processed card for for her Jan billshe called ref to the charges that her account has been on auto pay and she never change her auto pay billing choice. After her call she and our company decided best to stop trash service.Dec 28th Our company refunded to the card that was charged for Jan yes it did clear our account and was refunded to her card prior to her shutting this card down. We pulled her trash bin on Jan 2nd 2015, this left her account balance at 00.00. and a closed account.There is no other end result to this matter, if she was not set up on auto pay then why now after several years of service is she just saying so? I'm confused by this, other than the fact after her rude handling of this matter on the phone we chose to quit servicing her and she is mad. Sorry that we hurt her feeling, however we have not done anything in fault or fraud of handling this accountThank you and hope this will clear up the matter of her account and how things were handled

As I stated, a "DRIVER", not owner, not management threw a cost that might possibly be what they run. This WAS NOT a true cost per the OWNER or MANAGMENT. THe lid replacemnt cost is $per set. yes you have a trash service that has a container. If you ruin a phone it it replaced at the phone companies cost, NO! If you have/ or rent car and you wreck it catch it on fire is it replaced by the manufacturer, NO! These things have a reduced or deductable rate, if you pay and carry insurance. Do you carry insurance on my bin that you pay for provided service? If so please turn damage amount into your insurance and pay the duductable to pay me the lid replacemnt cost. As for your bill if you look at your bank statement yes you have paid your bills, with exception of the OTOBER billWe pulled your trash bin NOVEMBER 5th, 2015, leaving a past due balance

I am [redacted]'s wife [redacted]. I have bank statements for every payment I have made since January 2015. The agreed upon price of the lids was $40 for the set not individually. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Corporation Commission Consumer Complaint Division. We rented trash service from Westside Disposal. Not equipment. We are not responsible for replacing or repairing of the dumpster. The Corporation Commission will be in contact with Westside Disposal.

Dear Revdex.com,
The day in which this customer called and requested a dumpster the girls in office spoke with him and advised him of the 35.00 dollar delivery fee, plus 90.00 for the dump.  He was to fax a map that day or first thing in the am, ref to where he lives 5 miles off the main...

road.  He did not fax anything until the eve prior to when it was delivered.  Upon reading the map and discovering, 5 miles off main road was well down roads that may not be passable for my trash trucks.  I spoke to the customer and came to the agreement to deliver a bin, with my bin delivery truck and check out the road and distance to his home.  The day I delivered the dumpster, (I personally, [redacted]) advised the customer all the places he wanted the dumpster was not safe nor capable to set it and pick it back up.  He was using the dumpster for a big pig roast, I also advised him when I was there, that my frontload truck could not make it up his road to his house and under his driveway entry beams.  So he could not over fill or over weight dumpster, I would have to pick the dumpster up with the same truck I delivered it with. I made it very clear that the trash truck would not be coming to dump this bin, it would be this time use only.  When I left his property he had full understanding that I would only return to retrieve the dumpster, when full.  The day in which he called and spoke to me, [redacted] he made many threats, including reversing his credit card charges, writing a nasty article in paper, not allowing me to retrieve my dumpster..ect.  I simply advised him of the legal laws in which would allow me to retrieve my dumpster, if he reversed charges on payment I could dump bin over leaving him his unpaid trash for him, and that the county attorney would then be brought in.  I advised him that where he lives, the road and driveway to where he lives is not passable by my frontload truck and that the only way he would get another dumpster is to pay, for another dumpster to be brought out, at the cost in which he should have paid to begin with for distance of delivery.  He continued to make threats and was stating that he was going to hang up on me so I told him I'd save him the trouble .. good by and hung up.  My employee did go and retrieve the dumpster with all trash in it.  The customer has called and requested to speak with the president.  I have not called him back, because I can not service his needs and he does not want to talk to me.  We will not be taking another dumpster, we will not be servicing this customer for any further needs.  If he wished to come to a mutual agreement then at the time I spoke to him on phone he should have been reasonable, respectful and we together would have figured something out.  I never cursed, or talked down to him, I simple stated fact to his taunts and threats to me.
Desired settlement:  This customer needs to call another hauler, I have full filled my obligation of his 35.00 delivery fee and 90.00 one time use of our dumpster.  I have retrieved our property and his trash in a respectful manner, now he needs to not have communications with my office or company.

In september he made 2 payment to his account bringing it only one moth behind.  on 9/24/2015 when the 300.00 was credited to his account his balance was $76.51, for his past due september bill, which the monthly flat rate bill is $54.00 per month.  we charged out the 80.00 as agreed on at the end of September bringing his bil to $156.51.  His service was not cancelled or suspended at this time.  October bill was processed for $54.00 and a payemnt was made of $50.00 leavinghis bill still behind, at $165.55.  We send a standard letter with red stamp that says please pay your bill or services will be suspended, he was not being singled our nor picked on.  He called ref to the letter was not warrented, he no longer was going to pay the 80.00 for the lids as well we hav no right to suspend his account/service.  We as a company do have a right to stop, suspend or refuse service to any person for any reason.  We choose to work with, accomadate and try very hard to make our services user friendly.  We however as a business cannot lose money either knowing we are not going to get paid for services or damaged equipment.  We pulled Mr. [redacted]s dumpter on NOVEMBER 2nd 2015.  We CREDITED his account $40.50 for November.  I have no problem restoring Mr [redacted]s services, when his past due amount, lide replacement cost, delivery fee and 1st month is paid in full.  We have worked with and spoke with Mr. [redacted], we had thought we we being extremely fair as upon what we/both of us agreed upon.  This is what the verdictof the situation is, and it is what will have to happen for restore his services.

[redacted] sign up for service March 2011, under [redacted] then switched to values for less July 2nd 2013.  Her account has been on auto pay since August 2011, her account has been paid and current up until it was declined December of 2013 for January 2014  services. She called paid...

and updated card for auto pay.  It has been charged monthly with no problems up until, decline September 2014 for October 2014 payment.  She paid then online issuing account number to payment.  So that made this payment not apply to her account.  Resulting in a suspended trash service for non payment.  She call said she paid and [redacted] located payment, applied to her account.  Trash was then resumed on the following service day.  Since then the card had pretty much been declined, she issued no payments.  Then she called updated card info in Dec. 2014, we charged for 2 transactions of 84.00 one for Dec. 2014 then for the Jan 2015 billing.  She called was pissed, stated never authorized charges on card. We advised that is why she updated card for her auto billing service.  We then refunded 84.00 to her card, pulled her bin and discontinued trash service with this customer.  At this time we have not been in the wrong nor have we applied any charges on the card that are and were not authorized for her monthly trash service.  By reading the above service years and charges if we had faulty charges she would have unauthorized her card long ago and quit updating information for her month account service charge.Thank you,[redacted] of Westside Disposal Services, Inc.
