I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. No attempts were made on their end to obtain further documentation In fact, no one would return my phone messages The issue at hand was my income being unemployment, which is a standard weeks This office took it upon themselves to double my income and think that I was receiving unemployment for weeks I explained this upon my first visit and during every single follow up call I am satisfied with the outcome but I do not appreciate that they are not taking responsibility for their incorrect billing and lack of response to my repeated attempts to correct the issue

Our billing office has reached out and spoken to our customer, and she...

will no longer receive any bills for the visit in June 2014 that was of concern. The customer stated that she is satisfied with this resolution.From our internal review, the bills that were sent were correct, based on the initial income documentation that the customer supplied to our office and the federal regulations that we are required to follow for our sliding fee scale. We were not able to gather the additional documentation that we needed from thecustomer that would have allowed us to adjust these bills. However, we did apologize to our customer for the multiple attempts that she had to make in order to find a resolution to her concern.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at[redacted]

Review: I went to the Westside Health located in Brookside, DE in June, 2014 based upon a recommendation from DE 211. I brought my proof of income with me and was told I would be charged $20 for my doctor's visit. Three months later, I was sent a bill for an additional $65. They decided on their own that my income was double what I reported. I have called the billing office and spoken to everyone who works there, I have gone to the location, and I have called the location. This has gone on for 8 months. Each time I call the billing office, the representative agrees with me and says they'll work to get the issue resolved....but each month I receive another notice in the mail saying I am past due on $65. The billing representatives have ceased returning my phone messages. I am so aggravated and cannot believe they even sent me an additional erroneous bill 3 months after the fact, but after countless calls and 8 months, it still has not been resolved.Desired Settlement: Clear my account and stop sending me erroneous bills
