My experience was EXCELLENT! I needed a replacement hot water heater NOW. They provided one THE SAME DAY! Other plumbing services I called had "appointment" dates in the distance, or would send someone over to "assess" the problem; I didn't want an assessment, I wanted a new hot water heater ASAP.
