I dropped my vehicle off here on a Wednesday for an oil change and a spark plug change. Thursday I get a call and was told, "The oil has been drained and 4 plugs have been removed but we won't be able to finish it until Friday morning." Friday afternoon I go in to pick it up and was told "We didn't get around to changing the oil yet but we changed one spark plug because the rest were good." However the one they did change, was cross threaded. But why would they tell me they drained the oil when they didn't and removed 4 spark plugs when they didn't? They told me they checked the codes and found I have four bad O2 sensors and need replaced. I was charged $85.50 for basically one ruined spark plug. I was lied to and charged for service I didn't take my vehicle in for. I am a big supporter of local businesses but this is UNACCEPTABLE.
