On or around July 25th, I applied for rental status with Westview Heights ApartmentsI filed for myself and my fiancéThe one time application fee was $50/adult for a total of $Westview Heights Apartments used an investigation service named *** [redacted] reported back to Westview Heights that we should not be granted approvalAlthough ***'s conclusion was inaccurate, non-valid, and later disputed successfully, my fiancé and I decided that we would look elsewhere for residencyWe did not feel as though Westview Heights was using an appropriate investigation service that followed the FTCA, thus concluding they would render less than satisfactory services to our family and our housing needsTherefore, my fiancé and I decided to seek residency elsewhere, consider the application fee a $loss, and move on with our housing searchAfter a month and without any further formal communication between Westview Heights and ourselves, on 8-my fiancé received an email from Westview

Since my initial complaint was made, we received mail box keys that wouldn't open our mail box and we have a washer that was moldy and smelly and a dryer that takes minutes to dry a load of clothesThis townhouse was clearly not ready for move in when we got here and I think one day of free rent is laughableComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern, In response to the complaint made by [redacted] , [redacted] was scheduled to move inon June 3rd, [redacted] arrived as soon as we opened the office at 9:00A.MBefore [redacted] signed his lease Iinformed him of his bathrooms were pending faucet insta llation, I apologized and told [redacted] I wouldcamp him day rent for that inconvenienceWhen [redacted] and I wa lked his unit the only issue found at thattime was the missing faucetsOn the afternoon of June 3'd [redacted] called the office times just secondsapart while I was with a prospect, on his 5th calli was able to answer the phone, and that is when ***inform me of the outlets in the kitchen was not functioning properly, I apologized for theinconvenience and told [redacted] I would enter a work order and maintenance would resolve the issue onMonday June 6thOn June 4th, we held our annual pool opening BBQ from 12:P.M-3:00P.M.,during the hours of the BBQ my answering service was on, my answering service called to inform me [redacted] called times in hours despite being informed the office was closed and would reopen at 3:00P.M., each of ***' s calls were regarding his outlet not workingI sent my maintenance supervisor to***'s apartment at 2:15P.MThe electrical issue was resolved within minutes, please note all outletswere properly capped [redacted] called about his dishwasher not functioning properly on June 7th,maintenance was immediately sent to his unit, and the issue was reso lved within minutesWe haveca ller so we can see how many t imes [redacted] ca llsWe will not be offering [redacted] the days grace he hasrequestedMy team has resolved any and all issue in a t imely manner, there has never been a timemyself or my team has not treated [redacted] with the upmost respect and f irst class customer service Thank you,Jena F [redacted] Westview HeightsCommunity Manager

Our month stay at Westview Heights renewed my otherwise disgusted opinion of Apartment lifeWestview has the most professional and friendly office staffThey are efficient and will move mountains in their efforts to ensure your comfortThe units themselves are very spacious, airy and very conducive to the "homey" feeling we are all striving forSince we sold all of our appliances with our home we needed to find an apartment that could also accommodate these needsWestview Heights did just that with their stackable washers/dryers and the wonderful stainless steal appliancesIt was a wonderful stay!

We left a deposit of $at this place and left it cleaner than when we moved inWe never wore our shoes in the house but, I'm not disputing their $carpet cleaning feeI am disputing their $cleaning fee and the fact that they have a collection agency calling me saying that we owe them $I never received any contact from Westview Heights about this chargeI called them over weeks ago to ask them about our deposit and was told we would receive a letter in the mail which never cameThey had very little turn over as someone moved into our old unit within a week or two, they had little or no cleaning to do after we left

We toured the property and decided that we wanted to rent a townhome from the complexWe spoke with Terra and confirmed through the screening criteria on the application that we met all standardsWe then submitted our application to confirmWe were rejected stating that our Rental History did not meet the criteriaWe were given forms of criteria that we met, "Applicants with evictions in the last years that resulted in a judgment for the landlord will not be accepted" and "applicants with a current rental collection balance will not be accepted." We meet both of these criteria and the screening company confirmed that with the Propmanagement companyAfter contacting the Prop management company we were told that they did not have the authorization to correct the error or override the decision, we were then told to contact the screening companyIn speaking to different individuals with the screening company, ( not even the screening company that we sent the application to, a

My family moved in here on 6-3-as promised to us after we paid $with keys and a walk in; faucets were not installed and there were electrical issues in the kitchen! (Capped and uncapped outlets next to the stove)Management and service calls have been sent to voicemail, over times since we moved inWe were offered day grace period for our rent.....Also, our dishwasher is broken!! We called about that with no response yetWe signed a one year lease with these people for $a month, we are getting raped and with nothing but a voicemail line....to complain to

On June 4th, we held our annual pool opening BBQ from 12:00 P.M. -3:00P.M.,during the hours of the BBQ my answering service was on, my answering service called to inform me[redacted] called 6 times in 2 hours despite being informed the office was closed and would reopen at 3:00P.M., each of [redacted]' s 6 calls were regarding his outlet not working. I sent my maintenance supervisor to[redacted]'s apartment at 2:15P.M. The electrical issue was resolved within 30 minutes, please note all outletswere properly capped. [redacted] called about his dishwasher not functioning properly on June 7th,maintenance was immediately sent to his unit, and the issue was reso lved within 45 minutes. We haveca ller 10 so we can see how many t imes [redacted] ca lls. We will not be offering [redacted] the 15 days grace he hasrequested. My team has resolved any and all issue in a t imely manner, there has never been a timemyself or my team has not treated [redacted] with the upmost respect and f irst class customer service.
