IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT FROM *** *** WHEN WE SOLD THE DODGE JOURNEY THE CUSTOMER DROVE THE VEHICLE THE ONLY ISSUE AT THAT TIME WAS THE HEAT IN THE VEHICLE WAS NOT WORKING IN FACT AS WE WERE NEGOTIATING THE HUSBAND WALKED AWAY AS WERE TALKING VERY UPSET THAT THE HEAT WAS NOT WORKING WE TOLD HIM THAT COULD BE FIXED HE DID NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT AND LEFTAT THAT TIME WE THOUGHT THE DEAL WOULD BE OVERHOURS LATER THEY CALLED BACK AND SAID IF WE WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM THEY WOULD TAKE IT AND WE DIDTHE VEHICLE HAD 155,XXX MILES WE DID SELL THE VEHICLE AS ISWHEN WE SELL A VEHICLE AS IS WE CAN NO LONGER FIX ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THE SALE BUT WE ARE WILLING TO CHECK IT OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO TRY TO SAVE THEM MONEY WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS OVER YEARS PERSONALLY I HAVE BEEN HERE YEARS WE DON'T TURN OUR BACK ON PEOPLE WHEN WE CHECKED THE VEHICLE OUT AFTER THE SELL THEY DESCRIBED A NOISE IN THE REAR WE COULD NOT FIND IT WE TOLD THEM TO BRING IT OUT A FEW WEEKS LATER AND WE WOULD CHECK IT AGAIN THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO TAKE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE TO BE CHECKED WE WERE CHECKING IT OUT AT NO COST TO THEM WE DID FINALLY HEAR WHAT THEY WERE DISCRIBING BUT IT DID NOT DO IT ALL THE TIME CHRIS CALLED JENNIFER AND SHE TOLD HIM THAT IT DID IT MORE AFTER IT WAS DRIVEN MILES OR MORE IT WAS MORE FREQUENT NOISEWE HAVE DETERMINED IT WAS THE REAR END WE GOT A COST OF $WE TOLD HER WE COULD FIX IT FOR THAT AS CHRIS TALKED TO HER IT BECAME APPARENT THAT IF WE COULD SPLIT THE COST THAT COULD BE SATISFACTORY TO THEM THE HUSBAND CALLED BACK CUSSED US OUT SAID THROW THE KEYS IN THE CARJENNIFER CALLED CHRIS 1/HOUR LATER AND TOLD CHRIS THE SAME THING TO PUT THE KEYS IN THE CAR AND THEY WERE PICKING IT UP CHRIS EXPLAINED THAT WE WOULD SPLIT THE COST WITH THEM IN FACT I THOUGHT THAT IS WHAT WERE DOING I ORDERD THE REAR END FROM ***'S AUTO PARTS AND HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDERNOW THEY HAVE WRITTEN A COMPLAINT TO THE Revdex.com AND THEY HAVE ON GOT ON SOCIAL MEDIA TELLING ANYONE AND EVERYONE HOW CROOKED WE ARE AND HOW TERRIBLE BUSINESS WE DOTHESE ARE HER EXACT WORDS : So much for buying local, and trusting a community businessPlease do not buy from Westview Motors in Hillsboro they are a bunch of lying cheating uased car salesmanPaid alot of money for a car that they knew needed repaired and sold it anyways and now it's my problem and they could care lessShame on them for treating their community like thisI would have been better off buying a car off of *** at least then I wouldn't of been surprised that I was lied to and cheatedPleas share so no one else buys from them because they want to support local and end up getting scammed like I didI WAS VERY SURPRISED OF ALL THE ACCUSATIONS KNOWING FULL WELL THAT WE OFFERED TO SPLIT THE COST EVEN THOUGH WE SOLD IT AT THIS TIME I AM NO LONGER WILLING TO HELP WHEN SOMEONE IS TRYING TO RUIN OUR BUSINESS WITH INFORMATION JENNIFER DID CALL THIS MORNING LOOKING FOR HER WHITE COPY OF TITLE WE DID MAIL IT OUT TO HER DEC WE EXPLAINED ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE THAT SHE MAY HAVE TO GET A REPLACEMENT WHITE COPY AT THE TITLE DEPARTMENT SINCE IT IS ALREADY IN HER NAMEI FELT THAT WE HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMER AND WE TREAT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT OUR YEARS IN BUSINESS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF I HAVE FOUND IN THIS BUSINESS YOU CAN NOT PLEASE EVERYONE EVEN THOUGH YOU TRY THE BEST YOU CAN I HAVE NOT ENGAGED IN A SOCIAL MEDIA FIGHT I BELEIVE OUR REPUTATION WILL SPEAK FOR ITSELF

All of this was done through phone conversation with my salesperson Chris at westview motorsOriginal complaint was day of sale Dec when he verbally agreed to have car looked at and repairedTook car to them on 6th to look at vehicle and that is when they stated the needed to order parts
for itWas not able to return car due to their schedule on Jan 9th when they then told me after having the car for the day that after taking it apart they felt that it was no longer in their best interest to fix itThis was all through phone conversation with ChrisThey did offer to split the costThey would not tell me the issues so that I could get another estimate on repairs
