The customer service is absolutely horribleWe bought a Laundry machine months ago, it has a major problemIt stops working in the middle of the cycleI have to adjust the laundry by hand, open the lead when the machine stops, and restart it again in the half waySo, I literally have to sit next to the machine and just watch when the beep signal appears, so I won't waste a timeWe called their technician for repair, he replaced something with a USED partthe very next day I had to wash and the same thing happened againI called the store again, a person who owns this business instead of listening to me and find out about my complaint she transferred me to the technician who was very rude, talking over me and questioning, such as: what the error said, what color is the light, what kind of sound appears, and etcHe was the person who replaced the part iin first time and was pretending that he doesn't know anythingHe didn't let me to talk and explain what was a reason of callingVery unprofessional and careless peopleI definitely don't recommend this business anyone, if it's for free
