Last week, the customer accepted an $store credit We have a sign in our store that clearly states that all refunds are given in store credits and by leaving your clothing to be cleaned, you are accepting this policy

Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of doing business, we can no longer produce quality work at $2.49 per garment. However, I will refund the customer's $3.00 that they are requesting. The customer can come to the store to get the $3.00 refund.

The stain has been removed and Westway Cleaners has called the customer on 5/24/2016 and asked that she pick up the blouse.

This is not a new shirt and the constant perspiration in the arm pits made it shred when the garment went through out cleaning process. The custom has not picked up the item yet, and they have not come back. The damage was not caused by our cleaning process but by the perspiration in the shirt.

I went ahead and put a check in the mail for Ms. [redacted] for $30. I apologize for the issue.

Last week, the customer accepted an $80 store credit.  We have a sign in our store that clearly states that all refunds are given in store credits and by leaving your clothing to be cleaned, you are accepting this policy.
